Driving schools are not kidding when they teach young drivers to keep right before making a right turn.
Otherwise, when turning right across multiple lanes, high chances are they will cut off all traffic and accidents are brewing. Its the case of the driver in this movie, failing to pick up the right lane prior to steering on the adjacent street and obviously getting the bike approaching from behind in serious trouble.
The motorcyclist brakes hard and manages to slow down to a speed which seemed safe enough to avoid serious injury, but then disaster strikes. As the car steers right it hooks the front of the bike, tumbling it down. Both pilot and the pillion passenger get trapped under the bike, with the latter in a very nasty posture which indicates possible fractures.
Passers-by hurry to pick the bike up (which by the way is subsequently dropped on the right side, too) and the girl is freed. As she remains laying on the ground, we could guess the damage is more than some sprain joint.
