It seems like Bruno Spengler doesn’t just drive in the DTM for a living, he’s also one of the coolest guys on the planet and enjoys driving all sorts of cars, not just ones that will kill you in a jiffy if you don’t pay attention.
Recently, he went down to Barcelona at AC Schnitzer’s invitation, to test out their latest invention, a tuned police car that was unveiled at the Essen Motor Show 2013 as part of the TUNE IT! SAFE! program.
As any police car out there, it received a proper light bar and the appropriate decals and a special tune from ACS that took the 428i from 245 HP to 294 HP and 420 Nm (309 lb-ft) of torque.
With the new power figures, the car is even faster, taking just 5.7 seconds to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) and then going up to a limited top speed 250 km/h (155 mph). I’m guessing Bruno took it all the way!
