Bruce Willis Using Audi Q5 for "Cold Light of Day"

The automotive producers have established strong marketing connections with the world of movies. This can be seen in a large number of films that pay a special attention to the vehicles' features, even though they are focused on the action and apparently have no connection to the world of cars.

The latest example that happens to illustrate this comes from Audi, which has announced that Bruce Willis will use a Q5 SUV in his latest movie, “Cold Light of Day”. The filming for the upcoming action/thriller movie has recently debuted in Spain. Audi used its twitter account to offer the information to the world.

Bruce Willis just started filming on the Spanish coast north of Alicante. His film car in the movie "Cold Light of Day" is a silver Audi Q5,” Audi’s tweet read.

The film will see Willis play the role of a father that finds himself in the middle of a mysterious kidnapping. Henry Cavil plays a young Wall Street player (the son) who must find out the secrets of his family’s disappearance. Sigourney Weaver will be another important presence in the film. “Cold Light of Day” is scheduled to be released sometime next year.

We don’t know what Willis’s powerplant of choice for the Q5 is, but we’ll tell you that the German medium-size SUV comes with an engine range consisting of three diesel units and three petrol powerplants. The oil burners offer between 143 hp and 240 hp, while the gasoline engines deliver between 180 hp and 270 hp.
