The last thing a Mercedes G63 needs is more power, but that's exactly what Brabus decided to reveal at the Geneva Motor Show, among other things.
The so-called GV12 "One of Ten" is exactly what the name implies, a super limited edition version of the new G-Class. The V12 part comes via the Mercedes-Benz S600 L, but this engine has also been modified heavily.

Its displacement is increased from 6.0 to 6.3 liters while power has gone up from 530 HP to 900 HP and 1,500 Nm (1,106 lb-ft), limited to 1,200Nm for the sake of the drivetrain. With bigger turbos spooling up, the coveted 12-cylinder SUV will reach 100 km/h in as little as 3.8 seconds while the top speed has had to be capped at 280 km/h or 174 mph.

On top of this, Brabus has made a multitude of cosmetic changes via existing body kit elements, a hood scoop and massive 24-inch wheels. The carbon fiber is masked behind the black paint while Darth Vader's helmet is lined with new tanned and white leather.

Another interesting debut in Frankfurt is the Brabus Ultimate E, which is a purple pocket rocket based on last year's smart EQ fortwo cabriolet. Despite only having an upgraded electric motor pushing 92 HP, the modified smart will set you back €59,000, about as much as a good sports car.

With a sprint time of 0 to 100 km/h in 10.9 seconds, you should enter any drag races. But its carbon diffuser and widebody kit tempt you to do so. Brabus has seen fit to match its Royal Purple paint to 18-inch two-tone wheels.

The Brabus "Adventure" is their last big debut. It's a concept that combines luxury with an off-road lift kit and more gear, centering around the G 350 d model. Using the Brabus Eco PowerXtra D35 upgrade, power and torque have also been increased to 330 HP and 690 Nm (509 lb-ft) of torque at 2,500 rpm.

The sister company Startech, specializing in British cars, has a Bentley to show you. It's modified the Continental GTC with the same body kit it made for the coupe last year.
