Since we’ve already met the 2012 BMW M5, our greedy nature now only wants to get to know the brand new M6. And according to, we don’t have that much to wait, because the all-new performance model will be launched as a convertible in June 2012, followed by the M6 Coupe three months later.
However, that’s not the full extent of the model range, as a brand new body configuration, the 6-Series Grand Coupe, is coming soon, and it will also get the M treatment in March 2013.

BMW increased the output of the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 when they took it from the X5 M and into the M5, but 560 hp wasn’t enough apparently. Unlike the old M5 and M6, which had identical output levels, the new M6 will actually have around 600 hp.
