BMW has accustomed us with releasing EfficientDynamics Edition models for its 3-Serie, but the Paris Motor Show, which is less than two weeks away, will see the German carmaker release a petrol-powered EfficientDynamics-gifted 3-Series.
We are talking about the 320i EfficientDynamics Edition, which is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit that places 170 hp under the driver's right foot.
The engine works with a six-speed gearbox and pushes the car past the 62 mph mark in 7.6 seconds, a very good value for a green model that manages to return a combined cycle efficiency of 5.2 liters per 100 km (45.2 US mpg) and emit just 124 grams of CO2 per km. All this is offered in a package that comes with the refinements benefits brought by a petrol powerplant.
