Here's another textbook accident, with a stupid and ignorant driver as the main "genius" getting much of the credits.
Obviously, it's about the driver in the left side of the camera angle, who causes the biker to brake really hard and be rear-ended by the careless Clio RS driver behind. In case the first drive wanted to steer right and enter the small alley, he should have waited until the cars passed or some other driver would have stopped to give way.
At least we're willing to believe that was his intention, as the other possibility implies him only looking forward to drive in the first lane, makes him a huge idiot, for abruptly steering right, instead of gradually changing the lane using the free space in front of him.
To all this, the crash recipe involves a careless driver who isn't aware of the traffic in front, and therefore can't stop in time. The rider looks ok, but the bike surely isn't. And too bad, that the Clio driver will most likely get blamed for the damages, unless a very fair and honest cop lays the charges on the other driver.
