When engaging in Nurburgring Touristenfahrten (Tourist Days) adventures, one of the greatest dangers you have to deal with regards traffic. In fact, the only two aspects that are worse have to do with fluid spills or mechanical failures. Returning to sharing the track with other aficionados, we're here to show you a near crash that could've seen an Audi TT RS taking out a biker.
The Audi was behind the motorcycle in its furious Ring quest, but things got complicated when the biker slowed down while tackling a bend. The TT RS, whose driver had chosen an aggressive corner entry, was forced to slow down mid-bend.

This caused the rear end of the sportscar to come loose. Fortunately, the driver used the sideways momentum to slow down, with the car sliding violently from one side to the other.

The movements of the vehicle, along with the circuit-friendly mods on the car, lead us to believe that the one behind the wheel was in control and that this wasn't a luck-decided skid. For one thing, this doesn't look like ESP at work.

And it all ended in a well-executed maneuver that saw the posterior of the Audi TT RS being brought back in line swiftly.

As for the rider, he didn't seem to be aware of the danger, as the man didn't accelerate, even though the space in front of him would've allowed the maneuver.

Alas, Nurburgring encounters between four- and two-wheeled machines don't always end on a positive note like the one we have here. For instance, we'll remind you that, last summer, a Porsche Cayman GT4 literally crossed paths with a motorcyclist, which caused the rider to fall. The man sustained injuries and it all led to a bit of an online riot, especially since it seemed like the driver could've easily avoided the accident.
