Aston has only built 101 units of this, along with two race cars and now one of the only two to have reached the US is for sale.
Aston Martins are extremely good at putting on a show through their special details in standard form, but Italian coachbuilder Zagato has made sure that this one tops the rest of the lot.
To start with the most important part, the car’s body is handcrafted mixing aluminum and carbon fiber. Of course, Zagato didn’t miss the opportunity to showcase its name, so this Aston is covered in stylish Zs inside and out.
And speaking of the interior, this cabin is covered in the finest of materials, while the aural thrills are delivered by a Bang & Olufsen system.
Aston Martin explains that each V12 Zagato takes about 2,000 man-hours to build. As for the tech side of the deal, power comes from a naturally-aspirated 6.0-liter V12 delivering 510 hp (517 PS) to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual.
This particular unit of the V12 Zagato, which wears the #40 identification number, has a low mileage - the car was produced last year and comes with 1,902 miles (3,062 km). Speaking of this, you will only be able to drive this GT for 2,500 miles (4,025 km) per year, since it is imported under the Show and Display regulations.
