Four days have passed since the night Alan Ruck was involved in a multi-car crash in Hollywood, Los Angeles, and he seems to be doing just fine. After crashing his Rivian, he was seen driving a Nissan in his first public outing after the incident.
Actor Alan Ruck walked away unharmed after slamming his Rivian R1T into the wall of a restaurant in Hollywood, Los Angeles, earlier this week. Two people suffered minor injuries, with a 32-year old man being admitted to hospital. Officials said they were both doing alright soon after the accident. The 67-year old actor was not hurt in the incident and was seen talking on the phone outside the car.

Two days after the accident, the "Succession" star was spotted walking out of a convenience store in Los Angeles. He was limping and wearing a brace over his left knee. He told the media waiting outside that the issue was related to the crash that took place on October 31. "It's because I’m getting old," Ruck explained.

The actor told videographers that he was fine. “Thank God nobody was killed,” he added in a short conversation with paparazzi as per TMZ. The police are still investigating the events that took place on Halloween night. Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) public information officer Matthew Cruz told The Times that "there was no crime involved in this incident and there was no arrest following the multi-car collision." The actor was not DUI. A medical condition and a technical issue are considered throughout the investigation.

That night, at around 9 PM, Alan crashed his Rivian R1T into the wall of a pizza restaurant at the intersection of La Brea Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard. His pickup truck rear-ended a vehicle and pushed it into the intersection, where it crashed into another vehicle. The Rivian kept going and clipped another car before slamming into the wall of the pizza restaurant.

The Rivian R1T had to be towed back, and the videos from the scene show massive damage on the front end, which probably makes it a write-off. The Rivian left a huge hole in the wall, and the building presumably suffered structural damage.

Following the crash, Alan Ruck was seen driving a Nissan in Los Angeles. Ruck does not have such a great history with cars on and off the screen. Since the night of the crash, people have been comparing this accident with his infamous Ferrari crash scene from his 1986 film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," where he portrays Cameron Frye. The character crashes his father's 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder.

Alan Ruck is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series this year for his portrayal of Connor Roy in the HBO series "Succession."
