Monster Energy has brought five of the planet's biggest racing sportsmen for an unique track day run on the Paul Ricard Circuit at Le Castellet, near Marseille, Southern France: multiple F1 champion Michael Schumacher, 19-time TT winner John McGuinness, MotoGP legend Randy Mamola, Moto2 rider Pol Espargaro, and endurance racer Keith Flint.
With help from the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team, Monster Energy managed to pit these five high-speed racing legends against each other, with nothing to lose and no points to win, just for the very pleasure of friendly competition.
With each racer's different background and Michael Schumacher doing 2-wheel racing only for fun, watching this video highlight is a truly uplifting experience, with still at least two more months of winter to go in the northern hemisphere. Schumacher spilled once, but he's alright, and even with an unscathed ego.
