Toyota is currently on a big roll – two of its most important markets, Europe and America, show their sales ahead of the overall market trend – and it is also preparing or has already launched some of its most important nameplates with new generations.
On the Old Continent, the deliveries for the first three months of the year soared 10%, and Toyota models sold in Euro currency weren't cheap at all. In America, on the other hand, it jumped more than 20% during the first quarter of the year to almost catch up to GM and snatch its crown. Well, there are still some chances for that to happen because Lexus recently launched the all-new GX 550, and the premium brand is posting even higher delivery surges than the namesake Toyota brand.

The latter isn't too shabby either because it launched in rapid order the N400 Tacoma late last year, followed by the related 2024 Land Cruiser during the first weeks of 2024. The introductions don't stop there – the Japanese automaker just announced the lower $28,400 starting price of the hybrid-exclusive 2025 Camry mid-size sedan that is coming to nationwide dealerships before the end of the spring. A little later on, during the fall season, the brand will complete its mid-size off-road trifecta with the 2025 model year, sixth generation N410 Toyota 4Runner.

It could be the most comprehensive all-rounder of them all – almost as practical as the N400 Tacoma mid-size pickup truck but with space for seven people onboard instead of five like in the iconic, heritage-designed Land Cruiser. Curiously, Toyota isn't afraid of potential cannibalization between the 4Runner and Land Cruiser, although they have almost the same dimensions after the new 4Runner has copiously outgrown its predecessor. It also has access to both of Tacoma's powertrain options – 278 hp gasoline and 326 hp hybrid turbo inline-fours. However, it can't be had with a manual transmission like the pickup truck or the base variant of the ICE with fewer ponies. The interiors are almost the same, and the pricing situation will most likely make it a compromise between the $31,500 Tacoma and the $55,950 Land Cruiser.

Speaking of comparisons, the good folks over at the AutoYa info channel on YouTube have a satellite venue dubbed AutoYa Interior, and that's where all the (CGI) N410 Toyota 4Runner is happening right now – it's going to be a while before we can fiddle with the official configurator on the online portal for various options. Instead, the resident pixel master has worked in the two videos embedded below (one for the exterior and one for the interior), a bundle of luxurious hue options.

Additionally, the host gives a summary of the available information, and in the second video, there's also a new CGI comparison between the various dimensions of the outgoing 4Runner, the latest generation, as well as the 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser. As such, if you had the choice right now, which color mix would you take home in a 2025 Toyota 4Runner?
