Now that General Motors is feeding us more and more official details for the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro, it’s time to let the fantasy roll in and talk about incarnations of this Chevy that would keep you double-awake at night.
Let’s take the Camaro breadvan, or shooting brake, if you will. To our eyes, the styling of such a vehicle is delicious, and we’d try to find ourselves any delivery job just to be able to drive one. Or, why not, gather the family for a Camaro reunion.
The rendering, which comes from X-Tomi, features the RS model, but we’ll ignore that and consider we’re dealing with the V8 here.
From a 1969 C3 Corvette Breadvan to the 2013 C21 Callaway Corvette AeroWagon Concept, we had more than one such creations to behold. Speaking of which, we’ve attached images for both these vehicle in the gallery below, so you can catch our drift.
Returning to the Camaro shooting brake, while Chevrolet itself would obviously never build such a machine, we wouldn’t be all that surprised to see an independent shop coming up with just such a creations. The reason behind this? Well, the examples mentioned above should be enough to serve as a business case for such a custom build.

A delivery history
Heck, over the years, go-fast Chevrolets haven’t been strangers to the idea of such a body style, even if most of the proposals came from outside the company.
