Dubbing itself “an industry-leading appearance brand that designs and manufacturers some of the hottest aftermarket automotive parts,” MMD knows its stuff. On any given day, the 2015 Ford Mustang GT’s Five-Oh Coyote V8 develops 435 horsepower. So what did the MMD team do to hike the eight-cylinder engine’s output all the way to 810 horsepower at the crank?

The one-off creation in the adjacent video and photo gallery benefits from a Bama Performance 2.9L twin-scroll Whipple supercharger. The increase in power also adds a carbon fiber driveshaft, as well as heavy-duty axles developed by The Driveshaft Shop. If you are more interested in RWHP, that'll be around 650 ponies at the 20-inch Foose Design wheels that are wearing Pirelli rubber to keep things under control.

Extra air going through the intake and bigger bangs equals a more free-flowing exhaust system. For this particular Mustang, MMD equipped the muscle car with a Magnaflow Competition cat-back exhaust. In addition to the louder rumble, a sports suspension from Vogtland is there to assure that perfect stance.

“I am so excited about the parts that MMD and I have been working on for the 2015 Mustang. They really enhance the factory styling while keeping that classic Mustang look,” declared Chip Foose. “We started by looking at the factory design language of the car itself and I really wanted to translate that into all of the parts that I designed. I didn't want them to look like an afterthought or obviously an aftermarket part, but something you could get right from the factory.”
