We wouldn't want to be in the shoes of the person responsible for this rather major leak at Mercedes-Benz.
One of the Stuttgart car maker's official websites unexpectedly put the following photos - depicting the upcoming fourth generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class – for the world to see.

They obviously took it down fast, but not fast enough for the peeps at Diario Motor, who managed to snatch enough photos to create chaos in the Mercedes-Benz Communications department.

As it was expected, the W205 looks a lot like a shrunken S-Class W222, keeping alive the design tradition created by legendary Mercedes-Benz designer Bruno Sacco.

Instead of going the Walter de Silva way of creating the same sausage in different sizes, Mercedes-Benz kept enough C-Class-only design details in order to differentiate the car from its big brother.

As you can see, despite having a very similar outline, the C-Class W205 headlights keep the W204 non-facelift “eyebrows”, while the model's stance is a bit sportier from the more compact overall size.

Stay tuned for more details since the Mercedes-Benz marketing machine might be finally put in motion and the official photos and details should surface either in the next few hours or sometime tomorrow at the latest.
