The Lexus RC F gets confirmed for more and more markets. Next in the lineup is Australia, where the performance coupe has been confirmed to arrive around February next year at a surprising price.
To get the new RC F, Aussies will have to rip a AUD 133,500 hole in their pockets, which is less than AUD 20,000 than the model’s main rivals. For comparison, the Audi RS5 starts at AUD 156,400, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG at AUD 159,507, while the BMW M4 goes for a hefty AUD 166,430.

As with the rest of the markets, the RC F boasts with a newly refreshed 5-liter V8 engine cranking 467 hp (351 kW) and 530 Nm (390 lb-ft) of torque, which puts it second after the 517 hp (385 kW) / 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) of the C63 AMG Black Edition.

The special RC F Carbon will be available too, coming with a AUD 147,500 price tag and coming with lightweight carbon fiber hood, roof and rear spoiler along with special, go-faster interior trim pieces and Alcantara upholstery.

Yeah, so far, the US market is sadly the only one that doesn’t get the carbon fiber roof option that looks so cool in combination with the white or orange exterior paint and matching hood and spoiler.

After all, Lexus did quite a good job with the new RC F coupe, managing to put out some solid competition to BMW's M4. The RC F is almost as good as the M4, and this comes without the vast performance-coupe experience the German automaker benefits.
