Although Chevrolet is not considering a convertible version of the extreme 2015 Corvette Z06, the folks over at Hansen Art have already imagined what the supercar would look like with its top chopped off.
The new Z06 will become available with a removable carbon fiber roof, but a convertible is out of question unless Chevy decided otherwise sometime in the future. That won’t stop us from drooling over this rendering and we have a feeling most of you will find that a topless version of the Z06 would make a great summer ride.
Just imagine feeling that wind blow through your hair while you’re hammering no less than 625 horsepower on the highway somewhere in California. We’ll have to stick to daydreaming for the time being, but if GM eventually builds this machine, the 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible will get a worthy successor.
