Cadillac has announced that the 2015 Escalade will make its European debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show before going on sale on the Old Continent by the end of the year.
Unveiled in New York City last year, the redesigned luxury SUV features a bolder face, a revamped interior and the company’s latest comfort and convenience systems, including Magnetic Ride Control and Bose Active Noise Cancellation.
The 2015 Escalade will join the European market with the same 6.2-liter V8 under the hood (420 hp / 623 Nm of torque), but Cadillac says it will be offered exclusively with a 4WD drivetrain and, for the first time, with an extended-length (ELV) edition.
There’s no word on pricing, but the SUV will start from $71,695 in the United States, making it $3,725 more expensive than the model it replaces.
