The 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado has been released on the Chinese market, coming with more style and better equipment, still having no local competition on the local market.
Manufactured by the FAW-Toyota joint venture, the new Prado starts at 530.000 yuan and can go as high as 676.000 yuan, making it the most expensive SUV currently manufactured in China.
Very popular among government agencies there, the Land Cruiser Prado is motivated by the same 4-liter V8 gasoline engine making 275 hp and 381 Nm of torque that is coupled to a 5-speed automatic gearbox.
Design wise, the new SUV comes with a new front grille, resculpted LED headlights, new bumpers, side skirts and rear lights. Inside, you’ll find a rearranged central console, with new infotainment system, redesigned steering wheel and more small details.
