Launched earlier this month, the 2014 Toyota Corolla is still hot thanks to a batch of renderings released over the Internet. After seeing the vehicle imagined as a coupe and as a hatchback, time has come to have the 2014 iteration transformed into a minivan.
While a Corolla coupe is not likely to happen anytime soon and we wouldn’t bet on the Corolla hatch coming back to replace the Auris, the minivan is actually the first rendering that comes closer to a mass-production version. The Corolla Verso MPV is already available in Europe and, if you ask us, the North American market could use one as well. Some people wouldn’t mind something smaller than the Sienna, you know?
Getting back to our rendering, the 2014 Corolla Verso comes via X-Tomi Design and, as you might have already guessed, it’s based on the US-spec sedan. And the guys really nailed it this time. It has everything it needs to be a great contender on the US minivan market in terms of design and space and, from the looks of things, seating for seven people wouldn’t be an issue. What do you think, should Toyota green-light such a vehicle?
