2014 MotoGP: Movistar Rumored to Sponsor Yamaha Factory Bikes

Paddock rumors speak about a possible comeback for Spanish telecom giant Movistar as one of the main sponsors for the bikes of Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi.
The official announcement is said to be made in a press conference in Sepang, during one of the pre-season tests scheduled in Malaysia, but most likely in the second one, if at all.

Telefonica Movistar has already been present in Grand Prix racing with Honda and pulled off in 2005.

Yamaha is also rumored to receive Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) sponsoring. Lorenzo apparently already signed a contract with Alfa Romeo to decorate his helmet.

Movistar is also involved deeply in the Italian telecom market, owning two local companies, Telecom Italia and Telco.

Now, until we get to see the final liveries of the Yamaha Racing Team bikes, we'll just treat this as a rumor. Maybe an easier to believe one than Adidas becoming the title sponsor for the Tuning Forks.
