It’s been a long day here at autoevolution’s BMW Power Blog, a day filled with news about the 2014 MINI Cooper and all the possible details about the British company’s new car.
Since the UK company is now part of the BMW Group, we had to cover the subject as extensively as possible. After learning about the specs of the new cars, what’s new in their size and even the pricing for their homeland, it’s time to relax and take a look at the new MINI in action.
Earlier today a couple of videos were posted on Youtube showcasing the new model on the road, demonstrating what an agile car it is. After Mat Watson told us that the interior feels familiar and yet it’s made with better materials, we knew that all that mattered was the way it drove.
Sure, from a visual standpoint, you can make even a Lada look cool driving down the road but that doesn’t necessarily mean it is. However, we’re still optimistic about the MINI Cooper S and watched the 75 second with a smile on our faces, knowing that one day we’ll get to drive this new hatch and get a feel for ourselves.
