In its homeland, the 2014 MINI Cooper was already priced, even though it was launched only yesterday. In the UK, the base model will start at GBP15,300 OTR.
That means that the new model is now 2.61 percent more expensive than the one it replaces, whilst the customers will get a lot of extra kit for the money, including: adjustable exterior mirrors, air-conditioning, front fog lamps, onboard computer, MINI Radio including aux-in, USB interface and Bluetooth.

With the same stock features, the MINI Cooper D model will start at GBP16,450 OTR, a mere 1.64% increase, bringing a brand new 1.5-liter 3-cylinder engine to the market.

For the moment, the range topping model, the Cooper S will be priced at GBP18,650 OTR. For that kind of money, you’ll get the new 2-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 192 HP and 280 Nm (300 Nm with overboost) of torque and a manual 6-speed automatic gearbox.

All cars are going to be built at the Oxford Plant in the UK and will be launched globally in Spring 2014.
