The 2014 Mazda CX-9 will arrive in US dealerships with a starting price tag set at $30,780, including the $795 destination fee, the Japanese automaker revealed last week.
Those that opt for the entry-level CX-9 Sport will get 18-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control, Bluetooth, cloth seats, tilt/telescoping steering wheel with audio and cruise controls, 5.8-inch information display, and six-speaker CD audio system as standard, while the Touring version, which starts at $33,275, adds leather-trimmed seats, heated power adjustable front seats, blind spot monitoring system, and rearview camera with backup sensors.
Moving on to the CX-9 Grand Touring - priced from $35,830 - Mazda tops the features found on the Touring with 20-inch alloy wheels, HID headlights, side mirror-integrated turn signals, driver's side seat memory, a second-row center armrest with storage compartment, and anti-theft alarm.
Mazda’s all-wheel drive system can be fitted to any CX-9 model for $1,590, while the Touring and Grand Touring can be ordered with a Technology Package for $3,000 and $2,435 respectively.
