Chrysler Group LLC representatives have confirmed that the new Jeep Liberty will be showcased at the 2013 New York Auto Show.
According to president and chief executive officer of the Jeep brand, Mike Manley, the 2014 Liberty will be introduced by the end of the second quarter, very short after its March debut.

Though the New York Auto Show is right around the corner, the so called Jeep Liberty doesn't even have an official name, as Chrysler is pondering on dropping the moniker for a fresh start.

Car specs are yet to be released, but we do know the 2014 Liberty will benefit from a new independent rear suspension.

Whatever the outcome, we are going to see some new Jeep stuff in New York and Geneva as well, where the Grand Cherokee is bound to make its European debut.
