Seven-times winner at the Sanefell, legendary rider Mick Grant is making a comeback on the Mountain Course, but not as a racer. He will be in charge of bike development and rider management for the Norton Factory Racing team.
It's been 40 years since Mick last rode a bike at the Snaefell, but it's hist immense experience which will make the difference. His expertise will help towards developing the Norton SG2 Factory bike and achieving more of the past glory.
Grant was also the one rider who broke the long-standing record (8 years) Mike Hailwood established in 1967.
In 2013, Norton finished both the Senior and Dainese Superbike TT races, with Ian Mackman and Dan Hegarty in the saddle.
