American Honda introduces Grom, a new fun, small-displacement bike for those in search of compact convenience and don't want to ride a scooter.
The Grom is powered by a 4-stroke 125cc single-cylinder engine with air cooling which ensures the needed brawn for a fun ride and exceptional fuel economy for city use. With electronic injection, the Grom's engine is sure to deliver precise throttle response for an awesome riding experience.

The 4-speed gearbox is linked to a chain final transmission, and the stopping power is ensured by hydraulic disc brakes proving that the Grom engineers did not cut any corners. A 25-degree 31mm inverted fork ensures swift handling for top-class agility in the busy urban traffic.

With 12” wheels for both front and rear wheels, the 2014 Honda Grom weighs in at 225 lbs (102 kg) with all fluids and ready to ride. Expected prices start at $2,999 (€2310), for either black or red versions. Available from August.
