Popular US custom wheels specialists Vossen have been busy with their global expansion. Their products have made it all the way to Japan this year, on display at the Tokyo Auto Salon.
And while we didn’t think that was news-worthy, this tickled our custom car bone. It’s the new Corvette... taken to the next level. Whenever a cult car comes out, tuners try to preview their future project, and Vossen has stuck a set of their custom wheels on it.

If we’re not mistaken the wheel fitted to the C7 Corvette Stingray are the VVSCV5. They’re supposed to be available in a 20-inch size. However, these seem to be bigger even than the factory size Chevy chose, so they’re about 20-inch in the front and 21-inch in the back.

The color combo chosen for the body is borrowed from the Vossen brand logo, which coincidentally looks just like the new flag logo for the ‘Vette.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
