You know how you tell your kids to close their eyes because they’re not supposed to see something until they are older. Well, we don’t know how much older you’ll feel in a couple of days from now, but you’re not supposed to see these photos until July 30th.
Yet here it is, the brand new 2013 Lexus LS sedan, photos of which emerged yesterday on a dedicated fan site for the Japanese luxury brand. These show not only the normal LS460, but also the LS460 equipped with the new F Sport package, so all that’s hidden from our view now is the interior.
Lexus has embellished the LS with a new spindle grille design for the front end, mirroring that on the GS. It’s also got new bumpers and headlights, a hood and wheels. But, as far as we can tell, the door handles are in the same place, the mirrors are the same and the side profile of the greenhouse is also identical. So this might be a significant facelift we’re looking at, not a new model.
