There's no telling what goes through the riders' mins as they set off in this crazy race around the Mountain Course, but one thing is sure: the Isle of Man TT is not the place for making mistakes. With the average speed around the island exceeding 130 mph (210 km/h), one does not need to be a motorcycle expert to figure out these guys are the best in road racing.
The 2013 Joey Dunlop Championship Cup went to Joey's nephew Michael, who won 4 out of the 5 main events. The Senior race went to the TT legend John McGuinness (20 victories, 41 podiums). Mr. Pint is also the fastest rider ever, with his new record of 131.671 mph (211.858 km/h).
We also honor the memory of Yoshinari Matsushita who died in a crash in the Ballacrye Corner during Qualifying. May his racing heritage never be forgotten!
