These emerging patent drawings of the face-lifted 2013 Honda Civic Sedan in China are indicative of a possible launch of the car there in a few months. The car is already on sale in the United States.
After being criticized by the buyers and the press for having an uninspired look and a plain interior, the 2012 Honda Civic was one of the least liked new Hondas in the past few years, making Honda’s engineers and designers go back to the drawing board.
The 2013 face-lifted Civic Sedan comes back with redesigned front and rear exterior styling, retuned steering and suspension and interior styling upgrades.
The older Civic Sedan model sold in China has a starting price of 131,800 yuan (€16,380 respectively $21,217) and could go as far as 269,800 yuan (€33,530 and $43,433) for the top spec. The 1.3, 1.8 and 2.0-liter engines used by it may also be fitted to the facelifted car when it arrives in the People's Republic
