We've never quite understood how gymnasts go about their business, how they manage to achieve their superhuman balance. Right now, we're going sideways in a 2013 Ferrari 458 Italia and we're having the same feeling.
It seems that all the kilograms lost on the track by Scuderia Ferrari drivers over the years in their effort to get that champagne, have now been concentrated into a force placed at the back of the car. This thing is called E-Diff and it's a true integration of the motorsport technology. Whenever you feel like powersliding, the clever diff makes things much easier for you.
Alas, just like Formula One has its problems, the Ferrari 458 comes with one too. Out of the 4-5 Manetinno settings, the engineers just couldn't bare create one that made driving perfectly safe (read: no oversteer) when in the wet. Guess we need Schumacher behind the wheel.
Nevertheless, if you're careful with the throttle, the Ferrari 458 is the easiest supercar in the world. You can have your granny drive this thing through the city with no problems at all.
