Buick has revealed the third teaser section of the photo they’re using to get us all worked up about the new small SUV they have on the way. Even though the are missing the point of teasing a vehicle by treating us like kids with waiting for the next Pikachu sticker, we have to admit that it’s been worth the wait.
Despite its relatively small proportions, the five-seater SUV is packed with design cues, like creases in the bonnet, some vents in under the headlights and a muscular lower grille. With less than a week to go before the debut of the 2012 North American Auto Show, we can’t wait to find out what’s under the skin.
It’s expected that there will also be Opel and Chevrolet versions based on the same architecture and sold across the wold. As for what’s under the bonnet, the Encore will probably have an all 4-cylinder lineup, starting with a base 2.4-liter.
