2012 Ford Focus, Available with Original Wraps

Ford is getting ready to launch the new Focus, a model which will, sooner than later, form the backbone of the carmaker's global lineup. The years of research which went into the model, as well as the countless months spent teasing and detailing it since its introduction in Detroit in the beginning of the year are about to end. But not before the Focus shows us its new skin.

Ford announced today that the new Focus would be made available with body tattoos designed by Ford Custom Graphics.

Ranging from geometric patterns and racing stripes, the tattoos are, according to Ford, an inexpensive way to make the Focus look better (for what it's worth, the new Focus looks a bit better than its previous generations, so hiding its lines under painted swirls and splashes might not be necessary anymore).

“Millennials have a very personalized, artistic side to their lifestyle, and their vehicle is a very important part of that,” said KC Dallia, Focus brand manager. “With its striking front end, sleek profile, dramatic rising beltline and athletic stance, the Focus provides the perfect canvas for customization.”

The drawings which you can place on the body of the model have been developed by Original Wraps. You can view the designs and decide which one would fit your car better by visiting the following link. Keep in mind though that you might spend some time checking out the graphics, considering the fact that you will have to combine the 11 exterior paint colors of the car with the available graphics.
