Ferrari has today taken the wraps off the brand new F1 car for the 2012 season. Called the F2012, this is the 58th such car built by Maranello. When building this beast, the hardest challenges faced by the Prancing Horse had to do with regulation regarding the hight of the front section, the exhaust system.
The front and rear suspension features pull rods that help with the aerodynamics. But the 2011 design wasn’t scratched either, since the front wing borrows from the one on last year’s celebratory 150 Italia racer. The rear wing is also based on last years designed, but is substantially revised to make it more efficient.

The most obvious aspect of the F2012 is that stepped nose, which we’re sure that other manufacturers that haven’t built a brand new car will complain about.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
