The brand new all-wheel drive shooting brake from Ferrari has finally made it to the Land Down Under, thus replacing the 612 Scaglietti, a model that’s been on the market for some time now. As you’d expect, it’s insanely expensive at AUD625,000, but it’s also cheaper than the 612 by about $73,000.
The FF is Ferrari’s first all-wheel drive car, built because customers demanded something they could take to their favorite ski resort in Switzerland and not have to park every time the weather got nasty. Australia hasn’t got the harshest winters in the world, but the technologically advanced FF should still be appreciated.
It’s powered by a GDI V12 with a massive 660 CV at 8,000 rpm, and maximum torque of 683 Nm at 6,000 rpm with 500 Nm already available at just 1,000 rpm. The sprint to 62 mph (100 km/h) takes just 3.7 seconds.
