American automaker Chrysler is recalling 289 2012 Chrysler Town & Country and 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan minivans because of a rear suspension problem that could result in wheel separation. Obviously, this is the same problem that plagues 15 VW Routans that also had to be recalled.
"Some vehicles may be equipped with right rear hub and bearing assemblies that were not fully machined," said the NHTSA. "This could result in a decrease in durability, which may lead to wheel separation, increasing the risk of a crash."

Chrysler says that it hasn’t learned of any accidents occurring as a result of the issue.

We can tell you the affected vehicles were built from November 15, 2011 through November 21, 2011. But if you want, you can also check with Chrysler at 1-800-853-1403.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
