2011 Porsche Cayenne Techart Magnum Released

The tuning specialists at Techart have just released details of their latest project, a Magnum individualization program for the 2011 Porsche Cayenne. The fully packed vehicle will make its first public appearance at the Auto Zurich Car Show in Switzerland on November 11.

“With over 1,000 sold, the distinctive individualization program for the Porsche Cayenne wrote a unique success story. Now Techart gave the current model a unique and powerful appearance – dynamic, confident and strong,”
a company statement reads.

So far there is only one photo of the Magnum Cayenne to released, but this should change next month after the public unveiling. Visually, exterior modifications include a redesigned front apron with large air intakes and air ducts, plus a carbon fiber bonnet with integrated outlet for better engine cooling, new side sills and wider front and rear fenders.

At the rear, the car features a three-part taillight trim, a redesigned spoiler in combination with the roof spoiler, and a new rear apron with integrated diffuser.

Furthermore there are Formula and Formula II light alloy wheels, in dimensions of 20- to 23-inch and 22- to 23-inch respectively, as well as Formula III forged light alloy wheels, in 21- and 22-inch, available. Besides the standard color variants, the Techart wheels can be individualized in matched custom colors.

Inside, the Magnum Cayenne features entertainment options such as the Techart roof mounted kit with an adjustable overhead monitor and a hand-made display console in leather. Other highlights include the 3-spoke sport steering wheel and paddle shifters.

Performance wise, Techart keeps the details secret for the moment, but the Magnum Cayenne will likely feature an engine software optimisation kit plus various other performance tweaks that will result in a power boost.
