The German tuners at Techart today released the details on their latest project, a personalization program for the new 911 Turbo and 911 Turbo S models. The new packages, consisting of a new aerodynamic upgrades, light metal wheels, and redesigned interiors will be presented next month at the Geneva Auto Show in Switzerland.
The new Aerodynamic Kit I includes a new front spoiler, airflow-optimizing side sills, a small roof spoiler on the Coupe, an extensible rear spoiler and a modified rear diffuser, offering the car a sporty, yet stylish new look.
We can say the same thing about the Aerodynamic Kit II, which comprises independent front and rear spoilers, multifunctional daytime running lights with automatic adjustment and which also features position illumination, sidelights, parking lights and turn signals.
Creating the visual and physical connection with the road are the 5-spoke Formula light metal wheels. The product range includes Techart Formula, Formula II, or filigree Formula III alloy-forged wheels in up to 20-inch formats. For optimum road grip, Techart recommends Conti Sport Contact 3 or Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires.
In addition, Techart's Noselift System is also available for the new 911 Turbo. By pressing a button, the driver gains some extra 60 mm between the road and the front spoiler by lifting the vehicle's height on the front axle.
As for interior enhancements, it could be completely outfitted with the finest leather, the tuners say, but Techart 3-spoke sporty steering wheel, aluminum pedals, dials in individual colors, or stainless steel entry strips embossed with the TECHART logo are also available as an option.
