A lot of structural upgrades have been implemented in the 2008 MY YZ450F, starting from the steering head and extending to minute details, such as the wider foot pegs, fork protectors, upper and lower triple clamps. The width of the rear tire was also changed for improved traction.
Multiple engine tweaks ensure better performance: a revised intake, elimination of power loss caused by the pumping effect, carburetor revisions and a new titanium header. Cue a new aluminium handlebar and new mounts for it, better brakes and rotors, and more,a ll with one single goal: making you accelerate faster, turn better, claim more wins.
