The engineers from the House of Spirit Lake have designed the 2009 MY Victory Vegas Low for those riders with a smaller inseam and arm length, or for riders who prefer a firmer foothold in the ground when stopped. As opposed to the base Vegas, the ergonomics have been improved by lowering the seat height, the handlebars have been pulled back by 2" and the front brake lever is adjustable, to better suit the riders needs. As all other Vegas models, it features the split tail fuel tank, the big, 21" front wheels, as well as the chrome-plating on the fork, the exhaust system, and the wheels.

In the tech/engine department, it sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 1634cc, 50-degree V-twin powerhouse paired to a manual, six-speed overdrive transmission.
