The Vegas have had the biggest changes this year. Each has an improved round headlight and colour-matched frames. Victory has also upgraded the wheels for each model, fitting cast aluminium axe design 'Falchion' wheels. These are lighter and stronger. The painted frame adds a custom touch, but not a gram of weight. A new, sleeker headlight further slims the profile.

The engineers from the House of Spirit Lake have teamed up with Zach Ness to create a limited edition of the Vegas, in the embodiment of the 2012 MY Victory Vegas Zach Ness. This machine has the same engine, drivetrain, chassis and technologies as the base Vegas, but with design elements that truly make it a custom bike. The Zach Ness signature can be found on the handlebar crossbar, the billet wheels, the mirrors and oil line cover, the billet hand grips, foot pegs and engine covers, as well as the chrome-plating on the exhaust and the custom-stitched leather seat. A numbered plate on the engine with Zach's signature can be found on every unit, and even the paint and graphics are unique to this model, represented by a Matte Titanium frame and swing arm, and Suede titanium paint scheme with Ness graphics.
