The 2013 MY Ural Tourist sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 749cc, opposed twin cylinder powerhouse mated to a four-speed manual transmission with reverse and can produce a claimed 40 horsepower and 52 Nm of torque.

It comes standard with a passenger windscreen, a black cordura tonneau cover, a spare wheel, a leading link fork with Sachs hydraulic shock absorbers, dual adjustable Sachs shock absorbers in the rear and a single one in the sidecar, plus a Brembo braking system in the front with a full floating disc.
