BENELLI TNT 1130R (2014-2015) Specs, Performance & Photos

The Benelli TNT was a line of motorcycles based on the Tornado Tre 900. The TNT designation was an acronym for "Tornado Naked Tre," Tornado came from the engine and chassis derived from its faired sibling, Naked denoted its lack of fairings, and Tre from its three-cylinder engine.

In 2014, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli TNT 1130R, a naked, powerful motorcycle with the same technical, visual, and performance characteristics as the previous one without significant modifications.

The bike was made around a steel and aluminum frame that housed the suspension system, which comprised a 50 mm adjustable inverted telescopic fork on the front with 120 mm travel and an adjustable shock on the rear with 120 mm travel.

The braking performance was achieved by two 320 mm brake rotors with four-piston calipers mounted on the front wheel and a single 240 mm brake disc with a dual-piston caliper mounted on the rear wheel.

As for appearance, the bike had an aggressive design with standard features, such as a fork-mounted headlight, a small wind deflector, a two-piece dual seat, a three-into-one exhaust system with an under-seat silencer, and five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels.

As for power, the 2014 Benelli TNT 1130R was set in motion by a 1,130cc four-stroke liquid-cooled three-cylinder engine, delivering 158 hp with a peak at 10,200 rpm and 121 Nm (89 lb-ft) torque at 8,400 rpm.
