BENELLI TNT 1130 Sport EVO (2008-2009) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2008, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli TNT 1130 Sport EVO, a performance-oriented, minimalist machine in its second production year. It was created for almost all Benelli fans searching for zero compromises from their motorcycles.

The 2008 motorcycle came in the same shape and form as the previous one, delivering the same technical, visual, and performance specifications without any significant modifications whatsoever.

Regarding power, the 2008 Benelli TNT 1130 Sport EVO had its heartbeat set by a 1,130cc four-stroke three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine underneath its fuel tank, boasting 131 hp with a peak at 9,250 rpm and 117 Nm (86 lb-ft) torque at 7,750 rpm.

A six-speed gearbox controlled by a wet multi-plate clutch sent the power generated by the engine to the rear end via a final chain drive, pushing the machine to a maximum speed of 243 kph (151 mph).

The riding experience was offered by a 50 mm inverted Marzocchi fork on the front and an adjustable shock absorber on the rear, providing excellent handling capabilities and suspension performance.

As for the stopping power, the motorcycle's wheels were fitted with two 320 mm brake discs mounted on the front wheel and a 220 mm brake disc bolted on the rear, offering excellent braking performance.

In the aesthetic department, the motorcycle had standard features, such as a dual headlight unit with a small wind deflector, a two-piece dual seat, a three-into-one exhaust system with an under-seat silencer, engine side panels, and five-spoke lightweight alloy wheels.
