BENELLI TNT 1130 Sport EVO (2007-2008) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2007, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer introduced the Benelli TNT 1130 Sport EVO, a performance-oriented, minimalist machine best suited for almost all Benelli fans who wanted a zero-compromise motorcycle.

Visually, the motorcycle packed standard features, such as a dual headlight unit with a small wind deflector, a two-piece dual seat, a three-into-one exhaust system with an under-seat silencer, engine side panels, and five-spoke lightweight alloy wheels.

The bike was made around a mixture of aluminum and steel frame with a 50 mm inverted Marzocchi fork on the front and an adjustable shock absorber on the rear, offering excellent suspension performance and handling capabilities.

Two 320 mm discs mounted on the front wheel and a 220 mm disc bolted on the rear wheel achieved the braking power. Four-piston calipers engaged the front discs, and the rear was tied to a dual-piston caliper.

In the performance department, the 2007 Benelli TNT 1130 Sport EVO had installed a 1,130cc four-stroke three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine underneath the fuel tank, boasting 131 hp with a peak at 9,250 rpm and 117 Nm (86 lb-ft) torque at 7,750 rpm.

The power generated by the engine was redirected to the rear end by a six-speed transmission controlled by a wet multi-plate clutch and a final chain drive, pushing the motorcycle to a top speed of 243 kph (151 mph).
