BENELLI TNT 1130 Sport (2004-2005) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2004, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli TNT 1130 Sport, a naked motorcycle similar to the Naked version but with a more aggressive design and graphics inspired by superbikes.

Visually, the motorcycle had standard features, such as a dual headlight system, aggressive side panels, a two-piece dual seat, a tree-into-one exhaust system with a muffler under the seat, and five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels.

As for power, the 2004 Benelli TNT 1130 Sport had its heartbeat set by a 1,130cc four-stroke three-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that delivered an output power of 130 hp with maximum strength at 9,500 rpm and 117 Nm (86 lb-ft) torque at 7,750 rpm.

The power generated by the engine was transferred to the rear end via a six-speed transmission with a wet multi-plate manual clutch and a final chain drive, pushing the machine to a top speed of 243 kph (151 mph).

As for the braking power, the bike's wheels were paired with dual 320 mm brake discs on the front and a 240 mm brake disc on the rear. The front ones were coupled to four-piston calipers, and the rear was tied to a dual-piston caliper.

The bike's suspension system comprised a 50 mm inverted Marzocchi fork with 120 mm of travel on the front and an adjustable shock absorber on the rear with 115 mm of travel, offering excellent suspension performance and handling capabilities.
