The Benelli 354 Sport II was a naked middle-class motorcycle manufactured by Benelli for only six years, from 1980 until 1985, when it was dropped from production. Over its production period, the bike remained unmodified without significant changes.

In 1985, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli 354 Sport II, a motorcycle in its last production year. It was suitable for riders of various ages and experience levels and remained unchanged over its production period.

The bike's visual department was characterized by standard fittings, like a round headlight integrated into a small cowl, a small windscreen, a one-piece dual seat, side-mounted shocks, a four-into-two exhaust system with a chromed silencer on each side, and 12-spoke aluminum alloy wheels.

It was built around a tubular steel frame with a hydraulic telescopic fork handling the front-end suspension and a dual-sided swingarm with side-mounted shocks handling the rear-end suspension.

As for the stopping performance, the bike's wheels were fitted with two brake discs on the front and a single brake disc on the rear clamped to hydraulic calipers, offering optimum stopping power.

In the power department, the 1985 Benelli 354 Sport II had installed a 345cc four-stroke four-cylinder air-cooled engine, delivering 38 hp with a peak force at 10,200 rpm. The power was sent to a five-speed transmission that pushed the machine to a top speed of 160 kph (99 mph).
