The Benelli 354 Sport II was a middle-class naked bike manufactured by Benelli for only six years, from 1980 until 1985, when it was dropped from production. Over its production years, the bike remained unchanged without significant changes.

In 1982, the Italian motorcycle maker released the Benelli 354 Sport II, a small displacement naked motorcycle that suited various riders of different ages and experience levels.

The 1982 motorcycle came in the same shape and form as previous models, delivering the same performance, technical, and aesthetic characteristics without any significant modifications whatsoever.

In addition, the motorcycle was equipped from the factory with standard features such as a round headlight integrated into a small cowl, a small windscreen, a one-piece dual seat, side-mounted shocks, a four-into-two exhaust system with a chromed silencer on each side, and 12-spoke aluminum alloy wheels.

In the performance department, the 1982 Benelli 354 Sport II had its heartbeat set by a 345cc four-stroke four-cylinder air-cooled engine mounted underneath its fuel tank, delivering 38 hp with a peak force at 10,200 rpm.

The 38 hp crafted by the engine reached the rear wheel through a five-speed manual gearbox and a final chain drive, pushing the naked motorcycle to a maximum speed of 160 kph (99 mph).

As for the stopping power, the bike's 18-inch wheels were fitted with double brake discs on the front, and a single brake disc on the rear clamped to hydraulic calipers.
