Toyota has revealed full specs for the Auris Touring Sports model ahead of the 2013 Geneva Auto Show.
Set to debut as a production model in next month's Swiss event, the UK-built Toyota Auris Touring Sports will have the same wheelbase as the hatchback version, but an overall 285 mm longer body.
With a total length of 4,560 mm, the first estate variant of the Auris will come with 530 liters of extra space with the rear seats up, and 1,658 liters when the seats are folded, which means a bit more than the Ford Focus Estate.
New practical features include dual-level boot floor, roller-type luggage net, shopping bag hooks, aluminum roof rails and a 100 mm lower opening trunk. Engines will be the same as the hatchback, meaning 1.33-liter and 1.6-liter petrol units and a 1.4-liter D-4D diesel. The hybrid model will sport a 1.8-liter petrol engine and an electric motor for a maximum output of 134 HP.
Pricing information is not yet available, but we're expecting news from Toyota as we're getting closer to the car's launch in UK, in July.
